The Independence at Home Team work with service users to provide a reablement service across the City. We work within the community, Extra Care Housing and transition from short. Our aim is to promote independence for service users to improve their quality of life while giving support to families and informal carers.
Your role would be to manage a staff team, oversee the day to day running of the service and ensure the service meetslegislation and CQC standards of care. Planning and develop services, performance management and working closely with multidisciplinary colleagues / partnership working is a vital part of the role.
You would be based at Beech Cottage in Woodingdean and be part of a dedicated and professional team which work across the City. Contract: Permanent, Full-time; 37 hours per week
