LEGAL ADVISOR REQUIRED
PPH1 SINDH a company registered under section 42 of Companies Ordinance 1984. urgently requires a Legal Advisor to represent / defend it on various legal matters, which include but are not limited to: 1. Employee service matters & terminal benefits. 2. Legal advice on rules, regulations & policies framing/ implementation etc. 3. Protect interest of the company on account of conflict of interest / procurement / property / assets / dispute resolutions / contracts, regulatory and governance matters.
