Business Manager Jobs The Bank of East Asia in Hong Kong China

Responsibilities:
•To establish and maintain human resources policies and procedures for the business units under the supervision of China Division 
•To monitor full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, staff promotion, compensation and benefits, performance evaluation, etc. of the business units under the supervision of China Division 
•To monitor the training and staff development programmes of the business units under the supervision of China Division 
•To take up ad hoc assignments as and when required
Requirements:
•University graduate in human resources, accounting, finance or related disciplines
•Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience 
•Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure with good interpersonal skills
•Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is a must
•Good knowledge of MS Office and Chinese word processing
