Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical
    Engineering
-  MHKIE / MCIBSE / MIEE / MIMechE or equivalent would be an advantage
-  2 - 8 years relevant experience in building projects
-  Experience in technical and BS coordination
-  Experience in technical submission and site supervision
-  Experience in CSD and CBWD coordination and production
-  Proficient in Chinese and English with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
