Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies 
-  2 years relevant working experiences in building projects
-  Good knowledge of measurement, contractual skills and problem-solving skills
-   Proficient in Chinese and English
-  Responsible for on site quantity surveying services in all financial and contractual matters of the projects
    assigned
-  Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
